The quiet comfort of the rooms. Love the suites!
The unexpected fire alarm (8/25) and confusion was not good. The hotel staff continued with the bookings of the rooms though we were all told to exit the building. No one knew what to do. Many exited but some stayed inside the hotel. This needs to be reviewed by management. Mixed signals for sure!

I recently had a fantastic stay in a well-appointed suite in the heart of downtown. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the entertainment district has to offer. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave, fridge, and a complimentary Keurig coffee machine. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. the view from my room was simply breathtaking.
The wait times for the elevators were quite long.

Excellent "value for money" - a really large appartment room for a very reasonable price All service facilities available within the hotel - even a parking facility right in front of the reception Excellent very central location - walking distance from shopping centres, Toronto tower and waterfront on lake Ontario Very friendly personnel

The hotel was excellently located and very near the main square and the world famous Eaton Centre. Also, taxis were immediately available from the front lobby. Air conditioning was in good order and rhe hotel room contained two television sets. In addition, the room is divided into three separate and bordered areas: the bathroom, living room and bedroom. This contrasts with the open planning of more modern hotels and grants a great deal of privacy.
The decor of the rooms was rather dated; as if the cosmetic design of the room mattered less than the utility of providing somewhere to sleep. It gave the impression that the hotel had been created in the late 80's and left in a time warp ever since. The mini bar was also very unappealing and contained a very spartan number of drinks. At the current price per night, I would be disinclined from recommending it.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fact that after we checked out, they allowed us the courtesy of leaving our luggage with them while we explored the city until our train departed later that afternoon. This is definitely the place to stay for me when I visit Toronto, the location is excellent - central to a lot of the sites of interest in the city.

I really got great value for my money at Cambridge Suites. The room was comfortable and clean, with super comfortable beds! The location was perfect, right in downtown and close to all the shopping and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, even mailing me a forgotten item. The gym was well equipped and the view from the hotel was so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
One thing that could make the breakfast choices better is more consistency in the items offered. Sometimes what I ordered was different each morning, and there were a few times where advertised items, like potatoes, were missing.

We came to visit family in Toronto and we needed to bring our dog. The staff was very accommodating and the dog even received a gift bag. We found everyone there very courteous and went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel comfortable.
I cannot think of anything that was negative.
